Would like to set my own amount to do. Doing a challenge and we are up to 100. Would loved for the app to track and count them

a good app to keep track of your squats! however i was hoping/expecting it to use the M7 motion sensor in my 5s to actually count the number of squats done.. it doesnt seem to do that. maybe not possible?
